The Class Trip is a structured experience with a specially curated book selection. Black History Month, Hispanic Heritage Month, World Literacy Day, Thanksgiving and other culturally important themes are included in our programming.

Before leaving, each class receives complimentary copies of the featured book, and an invitation to return to STORYLAND with their families.

How To Book?
Each Class Trip is limited to 30-50 students, grades K-8.
The Class Trip runs for two hours from 11:00am-1:00pm, Tuesday-Thursday. Other days are by arrangement.

At least Six Weeks Before Your Date Preference
Book your date directly with Sulma Arzu‑Brown by calling 917‑689‑4000.
Complete and sign the Booking Form and email it to sulma@storylandbx.org within 24 hours.
Note: bookings are not secured until STORYLAND receives your signed Booking Form agreeing to its Terms and Conditions.
You will receive your Confirmed Booking notification within 24 hours.
Four Weeks Before Your Confirmed Date
Email Sulma with the date of your Class Trip and the number of students attending. This is important so we can order books and food.
Be sure to provide the names of students with any food allergies and the type of allergy.

Seven Days Before Your Class Trip
The Designated Class Contact Person must call 917-689-4000 to confirm the trip, review the Teachers/Parents Chaperone Procedures, the final number of students, and confirm they are bringing the signed Photo Release Forms and a clearly printed list of Attending Students.
Confirm transportation type (public, school bus, or on foot) so arrival time and details can be reviewed in advance.
On Arrival at STORYLAND for Your Class Trip
The Class Trip program begins promptly at 11:00am. Buses should arrive by 10:45am for name tags and orientation. See LOCATION in Contact Us or your Booking Form Instructions for coordinates.
The Class Contact must provide a Class List of Students with first and last names and the signed Photo Release Forms for the class.
