Class Trips
What grade levels are best to bring to STORYLAND?
K-5 is the most appropriate. Older ages can be accommodated for special class programs.
Is there a fee for the Class Trip?
Yes. STORYLAND is a registered DOE vendor, and fees are scalable and discussed at booking.
How is payment made?
Public and Community Schools: Once a booking date and price has been agreed, STORYLAND will invoice the school and where applicable, schools will provide a Work Order and Purchase Order.
Charter, Private and Independent Schools: STORYLAND will provide an invoice and payment instructions.

When is STORYLAND open for parents and their children to drop in?
The best times for parents and children are Thursdays 3:00pm - 6:30pm and Saturday 11:00am – 4:00pm

Is STORYLAND a library or bookstore?
No, we are not a library. We also do not sell books.
Can I book STORYLAND for an event or meeting?
STORYLAND is available for book launches, educator events and other events in support of children’s literacy, depending on availability and alignment with STORYLAND’s guidelines.

How can I help STORYLAND?
STORYLAND is supported mostly by donations and volunteers. Go to our DONATE page or VOLUNTEER. We also accept corporate sponsorships.
Does STORYLAND accept book donations?
We accept books by arrangement with publishers and literacy
organizations only.
